NAIL SALON FIX & REFUND POLICY

Fix Policy
• We offer free fixes within 3 days from the service date.
• After 3 days, all fixes will have an additional charge based on the service needed.
• If a client does not show up for the scheduled fix appointment, the free fix offer will no longer apply.

Refund Policy
• We do not issue refunds for services that have already been performed.
• If a client is not satisfied, we are happy to fix or redo the issue within the 3-day fix period.
• We do not offer redo services after the 3-day period or if the client misses the scheduled fix appointment.
• Refunds will not be given based on personal preference changes after the service has been completed.

No-Show Policy for Fix Appointments
• Missing a fix appointment counts as a no-show.
• After a no-show, free fixes are no longer available and will be charged as regular services.
